4. Payments

We accept approved payment methods including credit cards, checks, and other forms as specified by the Company.
Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees or service suspension.
5. Cancellations & Scheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled by the customer with reasonable notice.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a service charge.
Emergency services are subject to availability and priority scheduling.
6. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment installed and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Labor warranties, if offered, will be specified in writing at the time of service.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GB Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
